Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Role & Tasks

• To drive engagement and consumptions of deep skill programs & platforms
• To execute org wide gamification & utilization of MDC platform
• To work on new process automation based on identified business case
• To operationally execute planned certification programs
• Reporting and tracking of planned programs, training & certification
• Work on in-house hackathon and developing process automation

Preferred and Desirable Skills :

• Possess IT background
• Fast learner, friendly and approachable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail
