Job Description
The Position:
We are looking to hire a jovial and energetic Software Support Specialist which in charge to support all client enquiries referring to HR payroll software related matters. The respective employees are accountable for being proactive and alert to maintain and support our company’s production progress.
Main Responsibilities
·       Provide support to end users on enquiries to HRMS/ Accounting Software via phone call / email / remote assistance.
·       Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues
·       Perform data migration works
·       Conduct product (Software) training to end users
·       Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner
·       Involve in ad-hoc projects, pre-implementation discussions
Job Requirements
·       Candidate must possess at least a SPM with relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required.
·       At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support / Accounting / Finance system is preferred.
·       Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
·       Good in IT and Software troubleshooting skills is an added advantage.
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
·       A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, independent and able to work under pressure.
·       Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
