
Job Description
·      Assist in the preparation of payroll matters eg. data entry of allowances/claims, calculation of OT, etc.
·      Perform employee registration in statutory portals;
·      Set up new employees in HRMS software;
·      Assist with generating HR letters and setting up HR policies via employee handbook;
·      Perform filing according to requirements;
·      Be part of an organizing committee for events or social activities.
·      Any other duties as assigned by management.
