1. Talent Management

• Screen and filter quality candidates.
• Research and propose new recruitment channel to management from time-to-time.
• Support talent pool data management and ensure the information of data is always up-to-date and provide effective reporting when necessary.

2. Employer Branding

• Assist in Employer Branding activities such as strategic partnerships with University/College in internship program etc.
• Assists to create content for Social Media – LinkedIn to create branding awareness.
• Assists to build community engagement for Company’s Page on LinkedIn and manage the Company’s page.
