Job description:
- Support end to end recruitment process, which include but not limited to sourcing,
screening, and selection of potential candidates - Understand hiring needs, growth plan, critical talent gaps & challenges
- Source and attract candidates with suitable and effective hiring channels
- To assist in accessing the applicants/candidates knowledge, skills, experience and
aptitudes before proposing the candidates profile to the hiring panels - Responsible for day to day analysis and reporting on Talent Acquisition related
activities
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Able to source, screen, recruit, recommend strong talent and strong relationship-
builder - Fast learner, resourceful and proactive
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
