2 Pax- Process Quality Engineer (PQE)

  • Based on department quality objectives, implement responding improvement, reporting to superior from time to time.
  • To perform root cause analysis for tool quality issues. Responsible with production line abnormality feedback, leading each unit workers to find out the problem and do improvement.
  • Responsible with customer complain, non-conformity (NCR), leading each unit to do improvement.
  • Establishment of Quality Inspection Standard and Implementation.
  • Responsible QC technical training and assessment.
  • Responsible with collect production line problems and quality data.
  • Responsible with IQC, IPQC & FQC inspection procedure and improvement, prevent non-conformance products release.
  • Coordinate evaluation run for improvement part and start up projects testing.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the superior/management.

1 Pax- Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

  • Supplier Qualification—Implement the new supplier qualification thru the process of capability matching, supplier risk assessment, supplier self-assessment, onsite qualification audit, qualification database management.
  • Plan and implement supplier annual risk assessment, supplier self-assessment, onsite qualification audit
  • Holds up Supplier CIP ; Helps supplier to use the quality tools to improve manufacturing process and product quality.
  • Develop and implement Material Qualification to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier quality and process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements.
  • Guides teams in identification of risks/hazards relative to product, processes, suppliers and applications
  • Develops and guides execution of supplier material/ sample/dummy validations, tests and follow-up.
  • Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of correction actions of supplier quality issues.
  • Manage supplier disqualified/rejected material. To liaise with supplier on material return and claim related matter.
  • Manage, investigate and follow up customer complaint/ feedback.
  • Collect and compile data and statistic on supplier and customer quality complaint/ feedback.
    Other tasks as assigned by the superior/management.

1 Pax- Customer Quality Engineer (CQE)

  • Manage and handle customer complaints.
  • Investigation and defining corrective actions for customer quality issues communicating and follow up and feedback to the customer. Work with other internal departments to resolve.
  • To manage, process and maintain customer complaint/goods return information
  • Responsible on 8D/ 5 Why reply to customer
  • Responsible to develop customer quality standard. Manage and maintain of the list of key customer complaints.
  • Statistical analysis of customer returns and complaints. To drive on process improvement opportunities.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the superior/management.

Job Requirements:

  • At least advanced/higher/graduate diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in engineering field or equivalent.
  • With 3 years above working experience, have 1 year working experience in related industry
  • Expert studies in Quality Management and have related product knowledge
  • Ability to maintain and manage Quality management of various business, mastering quick learning tools, and able to train others
  • Possess good in self-driven and motivated, well organized, excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, Malaysia, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
