- To source & build business partnerships network.
- To present & promote DSME & SME products to business partners.
- To source leads for loan applications & refer applications to DSME Sales Specialists for further assessment.
- To guide business partners/customers on online loan applications. To provide support if necessary.
- To attend any enquiries from business partners/customers.
- To monitor business partners’ referral performance & referral payout (if any).
- To update business partners/customers on their application status.
- To report Fraud Near Miss application, if any.
- Preferably min 1 year banking experience.
- Good in networking & communication skills.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.’
- Self-starter with great learning attitude, able to learn and pickup new capabilities fast.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive with can do attitude and business mindset.
