We are known for having 2 core values at a Group level which we truly believe in.
The first one would be on Creativity where we provide a home for our talents to promote creative development through continuous innovation and improvement, guide by customer needs and interests. The second core values would be on Entrepreneurship where we enable our employees to act with flexibility, responsibility, efficiency, coupled with entrepreneurial freedom.
To keep up with the business growth as we continue to evolve, we ran surveys and workshops to gather Arvatorian’s input on realigning our core values. Through this meaningful activity, we were able to localised 6 applicable core values for our Malaysian team:

Therefore, who we bring in and how we involve and engaged them, accompanied by purposeful work scope, development opportunities and contributions beyond the normal work scope remains the key focus for success. The overall experience for our people matters, and we have witnessed it!
The core factor to sustain the above initiatives that sets out the desired culture for Arvato Systems Malaysia is in upholding a high degree of trust throughout the company, whether it is between peers, or between the employees and the supervisors. Thus, Arvato set about building a culture of trust that emphasizes work outcome rather than the number of hours one spends in the office.
The Management collectively agrees that in ensuring successful implementation of this initiative that will bring alive both the values of Entrepreneurship and Creativity, we focus on the following:
